Early round

The early round is the beginning stage of the game where your main goal is to set up your company properly. At this stage, you should focus on choosing your first business direction, building useful factories or shops, and keeping enough cash available. Many new players make the mistake of spending too much money too quickly, but the early round is not the time to risk everything.
Your priority should be survival and setup. You want to create a company that can start earning without becoming unstable. This means choosing simple products, checking market prices, and avoiding expensive decisions that may not pay off soon. A good early round gives your company a strong base for the rest of the game.
Middle round

The middle round is when your company should start becoming stronger. If your early round decisions were good, you should now have more cash flow, better production, and a clearer idea of what products are profitable. This is the stage where you can begin expanding more confidently.
In the middle round, you can build more factories, improve your production chain, use shops more seriously, and increase your selling volume. However, you should still be careful. Growth is good only if your company can support it. Expanding too fast can hurt your cash flow and create problems later.
Late round

The late round is the final stage where you should focus on protecting your company value and getting the best result before the round ends. At this point, long-term investments become riskier because there may not be enough time for them to pay off.
Instead of starting big new projects, you should focus on selling inventory, reducing waste, managing cash, and improving your final ranking. The late round is not about building for the distant future. It is about making sure the work you did earlier turns into strong results before the round finishes.
Risk Level Changes as the Round Progresses

In the early round, production should be simple and affordable. You should avoid complicated chains because you may not have enough money or experience to manage them. The goal is to learn what sells and keep your factories active without taking too much risk.
In the middle round, production can become bigger and more advanced. You can start connecting materials, factories, and shops into a stronger production chain. This is usually the best time to scale up because there is still enough time to earn back your investment.
In the late round, production should be more controlled.
You should avoid producing too much because unsold goods near the end may not help your company. Late production should focus on items that can sell quickly and still bring profit.
Market Decisions Are Different in Every Round
During the early round, many players are buying materials and basic goods to start their companies. This can create opportunities, but prices can also change quickly. You should sell carefully and avoid buying too much inventory.
During the middle round, the market often becomes more competitive. Many players are producing, expanding, and selling larger amounts of goods. This is when you need to watch supply, demand, and competitor prices closely.
During the late round, timing becomes very important. You should avoid holding products too long because the round is ending. Selling at a fair profit may be better than waiting for the perfect price that may never come.
ALL ROUND RISK

The early round has high risk because your company is still weak and mistakes can slow your growth. You should protect your starting cash and avoid risky decisions.
The middle round allows more calculated risk because your company may already have income and assets. You can expand, test better products, and take bigger moves if your numbers are strong.
The late round has a different kind of risk because time is limited. Even good investments can become bad if they do not pay off before the round ends. In this stage, protecting your value is usually more important than starting something new.
